SAFETY WARNING
Serious injury or death may result from an explosion of the tire/wheel assembly due to the use of excessive pressure during mounting. Do not exceed maximum pressure of tire. During tire inflation always have assembly secured, stand clear and use a remote clip-on air hose.
Only specially trained persons should mount tires. If you want us to mount your tires, the cost is only $5 per tire. We will not mount tires on cracked or damaged or older worn out rims.
- When mounting tires, apply lubricant to the bead of the tire and the bead seat area of the wheel.
- After seating the tire, make sure that the bead of the tire is seated all the way around the wheel on both sides (we recommend wearing safety glasses).
- Once the tire is seated, reduce pressure to normal operating range.
- Note directional arrows molded into sidewall for correct orientation of tire on kart. Tire should rotate in the same direction as the arrow.
- For racing use on closed circuits only, not legal for street use.
