We provide coaching at race events and also one-on-one practice days. We are the only shop or team in the Northwest with certified trainers - and we have two of them on staff!
Word Racing owner, Randy Word is certified by the Motorsports Safety Academy high performance driver education. Randy is winner of multiple karting championships in both single speed and Shifter (as well as professional Motorcycle Road Racing, and Bicycle Road Racing State Championships and National Podiums), and sports car racing support. He is one of the best at working with kids, but works with all ages from 5 to 65 plus. Contact us for coaching options and waiver form.
New to our team is Eric Morrison. Former Jim Russell Racing School instructor at Laguna Seca and certified SCCA instructor. Eric has a wealth of knowledge and he's an expert at transferring his knowledge to drivers. It's great to have someone with his experience on our team.
We also have long time Word Racing team member, Mauricio Parada helping us with Trackside Support - specializing in reading and interrupting data for our drivers.
