Rib and chest protector built into one adjustable vest. Convenient, comfortable, and most importantly, safe. The Armadillo, by Valhalla Racing, can be worn inside or outside a driver's suit. This is a flexible hard shell type of rib protector with high-tech energy absorption padding.
We offer both standard and SFI certified chest protection versions. Most karting organizations require the SFI certification for drivers that are 12 years of age, or younger. Some require it for anyone 15, or younger.
